Magic is acheived in one way only -- by summoning spirits of various sorts and either negotiating with them or simply bending them to your will. In this school, you may learn only summoning spells and the shortest prereq chain to get to them. Relies heavily upon Necromancy and Elementals.
This is the sort of magic practiced by truly dangerous wierdos.
Spells work like this: you summon up a spirit of the sort you want. If you are a particularly strong wiz- ard, you might try to control it. If not, you get to know what this sort of thing likes and offer it lots of them in return for doing you a favor. Risky business.
As above, you get only the summoning spells and those spells on a direct chain to them. This is a pretty limitted spell list -- and they all have cast times measured in minutes. So, as compensation for this cost, we cut the cost of Magery is reduced to 10/15/20.

No true limitations. Folks of this bent have a tendancy to concentrate on Necromancy, since that is where the most of their power lies.
Conjurers are more likely than most to have a familiar. b) I'd strongly suggest Strong Will as an advantage here.
